Return eligibility

Return approval depends on the product condition, return reason, and whether the request falls within the applicable review window.

Some product categories may have special handling requirements or limited return eligibility.

  • Return requests should normally be raised within 7 days of the eligible delivery date.
  • Items should be unused or handled with care and returned with original packaging whenever possible.
  • Products that are damaged in transit, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the listing should be reported promptly.

Replacement requests

If a replacement is available and appropriate, support may arrange an exchange instead of a refund.

Replacement processing can require order verification, photos of the item, and confirmation of the issue.
